I loved this book.

brilliantly interweaves a suspenseful murder mystery amid, gangsters and attitudes of post British rule in Singapore with
beautiful and gentle descriptions of scenery; all with a fascinating backdrop
of time and culture
The highly descriptive writing and
storyline have the reader engrossed and eager to find out what will happen
next.
This is the second book by Veerasamy I have read and definitely have a new
author to add to my favourites list. I look forward to more work by Mr Veerasamy set in his family homeland of Singapore.
